My projects and passions....

I’m a professor of Sustainability Studies at the University of Massachusetts and Roger Williams University.

I am passionate about integrating the ‘inner landscape’ and ‘outer landscape’ through earth-based spirituality and Kundalini embodiment practices.

I work to facilitate the awakening of kundalini energies through sacred embodiment and somatic practices.  These Kundalini energies clear and strengthen the physical, emotional and energetic bodies, freeing up the energy channels for greater vitality, creativity and intuitive knowing.

I hold a Master’s in Education and a B.A. in Dance Education. I am a Reiki 2 Practitioner, Kundalini Reiki practitioner as well as a certified Permaculture Designer.

I have had the great pleasure of spending many years designing regenerative landscapes at our Church-turned-Residence (aka the “Church Farm”!) using permaculture principles and cultivating organic fruit, vegetables and medicinal plants.

I share our Church with my husband, my son, and two temple cats.

Feel your inner passion igniting as you gently work with your body’s innate wisdom.
